I had a fantastic experience in the junior suite, complete with a kitchen island perfect for working. The balcony provided a lovely touch to the room. Isa, at the front desk, went above and beyond with her kindness, making my visit feel exceptionally welcoming.

The room was cozy, but the noisy street kept me up all night.

i had such high expectations, but the bed was so stiff, it felt like sleeping on a rock, and the locks were flimsy—seriously? also, i asked for extra towels, but apparently that was too much trouble. don’t expect any treatment above ordinary here, i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t, what a shame.

I encountered issues with communication regarding my food order. Despite ordering room service, I was never notified when my food arrived, leading to confusion and disappointment. The lack of follow-up from the staff was frustrating, as it resulted in wasting my meal.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Apartahotel Altos De La Sabana. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a delightful breakfast that included generous portions of traditional Costa Rican cuisine. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making my visit truly enjoyable.

stayed at apartahotel altos de la sabana for one night and loved its clean, comfortable rooms. the breakfast was a highlight, filled with delicious local options. plus, it's just a five-minute walk to alamo/national rent a car, making it super convenient for travelers! the location is also close to the beautiful sabana park, perfect for a stroll.

I stayed in a Junior Suite for 2 nights. The kitchen with an island was great for working, and the balcony was a nice bonus. The room felt cozy with enough space. Isa at the front desk was super nice and helpful, which made everything better. Just a heads up, the location wasn’t ideal for walking around too much. But for a chill stay, it worked for me.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast

I had a pretty good experience overall. The breakfast included was freshly prepared to order, and the typical Costa Rican option was both warm and delicious. Plus, the location made it easy to explore the area with restaurants nearby. However, there were some maintenance issues that needed attention, like the broken window glass and the slow elevator.

I really enjoyed my stay with a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast and the great view from my room, though the bathroom could have been a bit more spacious. Would definitely stay again!
